How this will explain? During exercise hormone peptide YY which suppressed appetite increase and hormone ghrelin which stimulates appetite dropped. Aerobic exercise is the best to increase hormone peptide YY and decrease hormone ghrelin while non aerobic exercise such as weight lifting decrease hormone ghrelin but don’t show significant increase of hormone peptide YY.
