Nikon D7000 Photography Outing To Hutan Lipur Lata Belatan, Terengganu

This beautiful waterfall located in Besut District, Terengganu. Far from hustle bustle of the city and located some 15km from Jerteh Town and 100km from Kuala Terengganu City. Lata in Bahasa Malaysia means stream with small rapid that could have not regarded as waterfall, but Lata Belatan do have 1 level of waterfall that I consider high enough. What make this Lata Belatan so unique is its water have so beautiful green azure colour. Looking at this stream make you feel so refreshing and enticing enough for you to dip in its pools. Lata Belatan sit inside Gunung Tebu Forest Reserve. One of trails to scale Gunung Tebu (Mount Tebu) start at Lata Belatan. Beware if you enjoy its trail along the streams because you might end up in the midst of Gunung Tebu Trail. Gunung Tebu is beautiful mountain and so is its stream that run beautifully at its feet. Lata Belatan welcomes you to its peaceful tranquility where cool and refreshing ambience awaits you every time you set your foot here.
